Our Ongoing Advice
At Runway Wealth Management, our financial advice for Australian Expats is designed to suit clients engaging us in an ongoing capacity. Once the initial implementation of your advice has been completed, your Financial Adviser will provide tailored ongoing guidance and support, critical to the success of your financial plan. For more information about our ongoing support and advice, please follow the below link.

Our Fees
At Runway Wealth Management, our advice is founded on core values of trustworthiness, honesty and fairness. We are transparent with our fees and believe quality financial advice for Australian Expats should be accessible.
We understand that everyone’s financial situation is unique. For this reason, the cost of our financial advice is determined by the scope and complexity of the advice we provide. We are committed and obliged to ensure our clients understand all costs associated with our services.
Initial Consultation
There is no fee for an initial consultation. Once you submit your online enquiry, a Financial Adviser will review your enquiry and email you an invitation to book a complimentary consultation at no cost to you. Your initial consultation with Runway Wealth Management will be an obligation-free Discovery Call where your Financial Adviser can learn more about your situation and advice needs and determine whether our services are suitable for you. Our Discovery Call typically runs for 25-30 minutes. However, further consultations may be available if required.
Statement of Advice (SOA)
We charge a Statement of Advice preparation fee which will depend on the complexity of your individual circumstances and the type of advice you require. The SOA preparation fee charged by Runway Wealth Management generally ranges from AUD 3,300 to AUD 6,600 depending on the number of services included and level of complexity. The SOA fee is an upfront fee to cover the costs associated with preparing your advice document and is usually charged in two instalments. The SOA is the document used to communicate our recommendations to you. It explains how following the recommendations will improve your financial position, and details all fees to allow you to make an informed decision as to whether you follow our advice.
Ongoing Fees
Our service fees will be charged as a % of assets managed by us per annum. This ranges from 0.55% p.a. to 1.1% p.a. In addition to this, there is a flat dollar fee of $550 p.a. for each advised client. For example, if we manage $100,000 of your assets and we charged a 1.1% service fee plus a fixed fee of $550, your service fee will be $1,650 p.a. (assuming no change in value of the amount invested). There may be other fees and charges payable to product providers when following our advice (e.g. fees payable to your super fund). These fees will be detailed in your SOA.
Commissions on Services or Financial Products
At Runway Wealth Management, our Financial Advisers do not receive any commissions. Runway Wealth Management is a fee-only financial planning firm. We are remunerated only through the upfront and ongoing service fees charged to our clients. Financial Advisers are prohibited from receiving commissions, benefits or payments when recommending financial products to clients. The only exception to this is when an insurance product is recommended and in this circumstance, a Financial Adviser may be paid by the insurer.
